Jubilee Life Insurance is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Unit Manager in the Southern Highlands Zone. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales agents, develop client relationships, drive sales performance, and support customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and close sales, including group onboarding and activation.
- Service existing clients and support policy renewals and customer retention.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage Sales Agents within the assigned unit to ensure productivity.
- Ensure accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and compliance with required procedures.
- Maintain discipline and submit weekly reports to the Agency Manager.
- Monitor team performance and drive the achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- A diploma or degree in any field.
- At least one year of sales experience. Experience in field sales, agency sales, banking, or microfinance will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and lead a sales team in a target-driven environment.
- High levels of integrity, discipline, accountability, and customer focus.
